MethodKit for Equality
About the kit - 61 cards to discuss and improve equality within organizations.
We wanted to create a tool that made it easier to work with gender equality, moving from talk to action. There are lots of different aspects to consider in the field, and with MethodKit for Equality you can easily get an overview of your work and action plan.
MethodKit for Equality is a deck of cards designed for equality-work in organizations or companies, with focus on gender equality. It is a tool to think with, structure workshops around and to use as a discussion facilitator.
MethodKit for Equality contains 51 cards. They are illustrated aspect cards, each with a key issue or a method that can support you in discussions about equality-work and in developing an action-plan. The cards can help you analyze situations from different equality perspectives. They can be a conversation-starter and help you if you get stuck. We believe that these cards will make your equality work easier – and more fun!
